YuDong AI Terms of Service

Welcome to YuDong AI (the "App"). The App is developed and operated by Infinite Token Network Technology (Shangrao) Co., Ltd. ("we", "us" or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App, especially the clauses that exclude or limit liability and that are shown in bold. By tapping "Agree" or actually using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Services

• The App provides rally detection and editing for badminton match videos, including Live Cut, importing videos to detect rallies, adjusting rallies, marking highlights, recording scores, exporting and sharing videos.
• Rally detection is performed locally on your phone. Your videos are not uploaded to our servers for detection.
• Some features (such as longer editing time) require a membership. The details shown on the membership page in the App apply.

2. Account

• You can use the basic features of the App without registering. On first use, the App creates an anonymous account for your device to record membership benefits and weekly usage.
• You may choose to sign in with Apple (and other sign-in methods that may become available) to sync your membership across devices.
• You are responsible for keeping the third-party account you use to sign in secure. You are responsible for any consequences if your account is used by others because of your own actions.
• You can sign out or delete your account at any time in Me → Account. After you delete your account, we delete the data associated with that account on our servers, and purchased membership benefits can no longer be recovered through that account (you can still restore subscriptions through Apple's "Restore Purchases").

3. Membership

• There are two membership tiers: VIP Rally Member (unlimited rally detection under fair use) and SVIP Studio Member (all VIP benefits plus all video templates, removable end-card branding and other on-device features). VIP and SVIP each have auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions, and there is also SVIP lifetime (one-time purchase, no auto-renewal). Prices, benefits, trials and renewal rules are those shown on the purchase page and in the Auto-Renewal Terms.
• VIP and SVIP detection time is for normal personal and family use, with a uniform limit of 40 hours per week starting Monday 00:00. If the same account exceeds 40 hours of detection in a week, new detection is paused for that week and resumes the following Monday. Rallies and videos already edited are unaffected, and an active recording is never interrupted. Clubs and coaches with high usage should contact us.
• Membership fees are paid through the Apple App Store. Charges and refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules.
• Usage allowances for free users and each membership tier (for example, weekly editing time) may be adjusted for operational reasons. We will announce any adjustment in the App before it takes effect. Benefits already purchased will not be reduced during their valid period because of an allowance adjustment.
• SVIP lifetime includes all on-device SVIP features, including future on-device SVIP features. It does not include separately sold cloud storage services; those will be priced separately if offered.
• Purchasing SVIP lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing auto-renewing subscription, which will keep charging. Please manage or cancel the existing subscription in your Apple account before purchasing.

4. Your Content

• Videos you record, import, edit and export through the App and related data ("Your Content") belong to you or the relevant rights holder.
• Your Content is stored only on your device by default. If you delete a video, delete the original video or delete a record in the App, the relevant files are removed from the App's storage. Deletion cannot be undone, so please confirm whether you want to save them to Photos first.
• Content you share to third-party platforms (such as WeChat, Douyin or Xiaohongshu) is subject to those platforms' rules. Please make sure the content you share does not infringe anyone's portrait rights, privacy or other lawful rights.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you must not:

• record, upload or distribute content that is unlawful or infringes the lawful rights of others;
• record or distribute identifiable images of others without their consent;
• reverse engineer or crack the App, or bypass membership or allowance limits in any way;
• use the App for any activity that violates laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights in the App's software, interface design, algorithm models, text, icons and other content belong to us or the relevant rights holders. No one may copy, modify, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• Rally detection, score statistics and similar results are generated automatically by algorithms and may contain errors. They are for reference only.
• We are not liable for video loss caused by insufficient device storage, system cleanup, deletion by you or similar reasons. Please save important videos to Photos promptly.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to force majeure, network failure, interruption of third-party services (such as Apple, WeChat or Douyin) or similar reasons, we will try our best to restore it but are not liable for any indirect loss caused by the interruption.

8. Changes and Termination

• We may modify these Terms in response to laws, regulations or business changes and will announce the changes in the App. We will highlight material changes in a prominent way, such as a pop-up. Your continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
• If you violate these Terms, we may restrict or terminate the services provided to you.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these Terms should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the competent people's court in the place where we are located.
